He was selected as a webinar leader and a speaker for the Obama Administration Federal Partners in Bullying Prevention initiative.
He is a leading expert for the LG Text Education Council, an advisory council, assembled by LG Mobile Phones (www.LGTextEd.com). The council members provide useful information on a variety of subjects and offer guidance to effectively handle issues concerning cyberbullying and mobile phone misuse. He is also an advisor to Cartoon Network’s STOP BULLYING: SPEAK UP Campaign launched in 2010. In 2011, he became an expert contributor to ivillage.com. In addition to working with schools, Dr. Haber is the official bullying consultant to the American Camp Association, helping to write the standards for bully prevention and safety for all accredited summer camps under ACA. Dr. Haber provides on-site training for campers and staff, web-based material, educational courses, scholarly articles and research to the organization.
He is also co-founder of Tool Kits for Kids www.toolkitsforkids.com, recipient of five national parenting awards for their emotional life skill first aid kits, helping parents and youth develop tools and emotional life skills to overcome worry, build confidence and develop resilience.
